Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and friendly female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial for our business development and requires excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Swiz Elevators' products and services. * Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations. * Maintain a database of potential and existing customers with accurate and up-to-date information. * Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team with interested clients. * Answer questions about the company's products and services. * Handle customer inquiries and provide a high level of customer service. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets. * Adhere to company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: * Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software). * High school diploma or equivalent. * A positive, patient, and professional attitude.
