Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Operator located in Mumbai. The Telephone Operator will handle daily switchboard operations, manage incoming and outgoing calls, provide customer support, and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Telephone Operator is expected to exhibit professional phone etiquette and efficiently direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Switchboard Operations
• Experience in Customer Support and effective Communication skills
• Past experience as a Switchboard Operator
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are a plus
