Telemarketing Supervisor

As an experienced Team Leader in the telemarketing industry, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Tele callers efficiently. Your role involves generating appointments from digital leads, motivating and driving the team to achieve daily appointments and monthly targets in a high-pressure environment. You will be in charge of the end-to-end process of the lead cycle and must have prior outbound team handling experience in industries like Timeshare, Hotel, NBFC, banking, or Insurance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 10-15 Tele callers effectively - Generate appointments from digital leads - Motivate and drive the team to achieve daily appointments and monthly targets - Handle the end-to-end process of the lead cycle - Expertise in MS-Excel and report-making - Drive the team aggressively to achieve TME Incentive Scheme goals Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 5-6 years of experience or minimum 2-3 years of telemarketing experience - Proficiency in required languages as per the region - Experience in working with lead management software, outbound calls, revenue generation, digital processes, and manpower management In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary as per industry standards along with incentives and travel allowance.
