supports international BPO operations and expat teams by providing end-to-end

logistical and operational assistance. We work in close partnership with BPO

companies, helping them and their overseas staff set up and operate smoothly in Sri

Lanka.

About the Role

We are seeking three dynamic and results-driven Tele Marketing Supervisor to

provide expert services for our international client company, who works closely with

Indian customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in marketing and

sales within a vibrant, cross-border context.

The ideal candidate should have strong telemarketing and team leadership

experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate new

team members. You will play a key role in driving sales performance and maintaining

high team morale while working closely with our international client who serves Indian

customers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of telemarketers engaged in phone sales of

company game products.

Conduct training sessions for new recruits to ensure product knowledge and call

quality standards.

Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve call conversion

rates.

Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations and target

achievement.

Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive and productive work

environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

Indian nationality – willing to relocate and work in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Minimum 4-7 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or call center

supervision.

Proven ability to train, coach, and lead a sales team.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (fluency required).

Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and organizational abilities.

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or call management systems.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,075 per month.

Performance Bonus: Based on company and individual performance, and work

conduct.
