Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate telemarketing activities to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to drive business growth.
Manage and train a team of telemarketers to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on telemarketing campaign results to optimize future initiatives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
