Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Specialist role located in Kolkata. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential and existing clients, and promoting the company’s services. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, and driving sales efforts. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and improving engagement to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Experience in Customer Support and relationship management
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
