Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telemarketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service and customer support, and driving sales. This role will involve making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and following up on potential leads.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in telemarketing and CRM software is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field
