Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, offering support, and driving sales through telephonic communication. Day-to-day tasks will involve making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, resolving customer issues, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Proficiency in managing customer relationships and handling inquiries
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
