Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective bulk buyers, distributors, and D2C customers. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries related to bulk and D2C orders. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and production) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order status using CRM tools or spreadsheets. Resolve queries or issues related to bulk pricing, customization, delivery timelines, or order status. Assist with feedback collection and upselling opportunities for repeat orders. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and D2C buyers. Requirements:Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle high call volumes. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Sheets. Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and good negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in managing bulk or wholesale orders. Prior exposure to D2C brands or e-commerce platforms. Basic understanding of fashion/lifestyle trends and products.
