Job Description

Make outbound calls to warm leads and inquiries received via digital platforms. Clearly explain training programs, pricing, offers, and schedules. Follow up with prospects and maintain communication until conversion. Update CRM or lead tracker regularly with accurate call outcomes. Coordinate with on-ground center managers to schedule and confirm trial sessions. Handle basic queries and redirect complex questions to the relevant team.
