As a Telemarketing Representative you will be responsible for collecting ads and your job will be calling potential customers and persuading them to purchase advertising space. This involves generating interest, qualifying leads, and ultimately closing sales over the phone. They need excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and the ability to handle rejection. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote advertising opportunities. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential advertising clients. Sales: Persuading clients to purchase advertising space, demonstrating the value and benefits of the advertising platform. Customer Engagement: Building rapport with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Information Gathering: Collecting customer information and maintaining accurate records. Call Management: Managing a high volume of calls, adhering to call scripts, and using CRM software. Problem Solving: Addressing client inquiries and concerns, resolving any issues that arise. Sales Goals: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets. Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system. Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening, persuasion, and negotiation. Sales: Understanding of sales techniques, including closing sales and handling objections. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle complaints. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant software. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different communication styles and situations. Persistence: Willingness to make multiple calls and follow up with prospects. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the advertising platform and its benefits.
