Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls (and/or handling inbound inquiries), engaging with potential customers or clients, and helping us build strong relationships and generate qualified leads or sales.

As a Telecaller, you will interact directly with leads or customers over the phone. Your primary focus will be to promote products/services, generate appointments or leads, or assist with customer queries, depending on the campaign or department you support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
  • Clearly explain the company's products or services and address objections.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and client databases using CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Follow up on leads through phone, email, or WhatsApp until conversion or closure.
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team, when applicable.
  • Meet daily and weekly call targets, conversion goals, or response time KPIs.
  • Provide accurate information and escalate complex queries when needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment.
  • Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems or spreadsheets.
  • High level of patience, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in B2B calling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or Excel tracking.
  • Background in industries like software development & digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
