Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in South Delhi. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, conducting sales calls, and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospects, following up on leads, providing information about services, and addressing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Previous experience in telemarketing or similar roles is a plus
• Ideally educated to a bachelor's level in a relevant field
