Telemarketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketing Executive to promote Mayflower Hospital’s healthcare services, wellness packages, and special campaigns through phone calls. The role involves reaching out to potential and existing patients, generating leads, and contributing to hospital growth. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to promote hospital services, health check-up packages, and specialty clinics. Generate leads and convert them into patient visits. Maintain call logs, databases, and daily reports of telemarketing activities. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and campaign responses. Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and healthcare events to potential patients. Achieve calling and conversion targets set by management. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing patients.
