Telemarketing Executive

Fairfest Media Limited, the organizer of OTM, TTF, Municipalika and BLTM is an established leader in trade shows in India, with clients from over 60 countries.

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team for Government and Smart Cities sectors, for our industry leading trade show and conference Municipalika.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our team at Fairfest Media. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or urban planning who also enjoys communication, coordination, and engaging with high-level stakeholders. You will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts for Municipalika, playing a key role in inviting key visitors, delegates, and VIPs from the urban development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor & VIP Outreach:

  Reach out to architects, urban planners, smart city officers, municipal officials, consultants, and other key professionals to invite them to attend the Municipalika show.

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and engage with new contacts and institutions relevant to urban planning, infrastructure, and smart cities.

• Calling & Follow-ups:

  Conduct professional phone calls and email communications with prospective attendees and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  Build and manage relationships with urban sector stakeholders and maintain a positive image of the Municipalika platform.

• Database Management:

  Maintain accurate records of outreach progress and interactions in Excel/CRM tools.

• Coordination Support:

  Assist in the coordination of VIP confirmations, delegate registrations, and on-site logistics leading up to the event.

• Thematic Familiarity:

  Understand the key themes of the show — such as smart governance, sustainable housing, mobility, and waste management — to engage meaningfully with invitees.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in outreach, coordination, or stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and email communication
• Basic understanding of urban development topics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organized, proactive, and confident in dealing with professionals
