Telemarketing Executive

As a Sales Development Representative at Blurbpoint, your role will involve engaging with new leads through various channels such as lists, referrals, and advertising programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Initiating contact with leads and following up with those who have been previously contacted - Conducting initial qualification of leads through phone discussions - Scheduling appointments for the Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for further discussions and closing qualified leads - Corresponding with leads via email to follow up or confirm appointments - Utilizing the provided CRM to capture lead information and facilitate lead flow to other team members - Providing feedback to the department regarding prospects" information that could be beneficial for advertising/marketing purposes - Handling customer complaints, finding solutions, and ensuring timely resolution - Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction - Going the extra mile to engage customers and deliver excellent service - Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media - Verifying account information and providing company information to customers - Collaborating with the Key Accounts Manager to ensure high-quality customer service delivery Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Friendly demeanor with a can-do attitude - Professionalism and ability to make a positive impression on initial calls - Ability to handle rejection positively and move on swiftly - Fast learner who can adapt to changes quickly - Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach - Willingness to work in graveyard shifts or adapt to them - More than one year of customer service or client service representative experience - Strong phone handling skills, active listening, and customer-oriented approach - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ,
