Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telemarketer to join our team at FSL Software Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of software products and technologies is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Experience working with X-416 or similar tools is beneficial.
