Job Description:
We are looking for a Telemarketer to connect with PhD scholars and researchers, explain our research and publication assistance services, and generate leads through phone calls. The role involves client communication, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting the academic research team in onboarding new candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote PhD research and development services.
• Explain service details clearly and professionally to researchers and scholars.
• Maintain client data, follow up on leads, and ensure conversion.
• Coordinate with the research team to meet project requirements.
• Achieve monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word).
• Interest in academic or research-based services.
