Role Description This is a full-time, in-office Telecaller role at Sharklance . The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining client follow-ups. The role requires good communication, convincing ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily and monthly targets. Daily Tasks Include: Making outbound calls to potential clients or leads Explaining Sharklance’s digital marketing services (Website, Ads, Social Media, etc.) Maintaining follow-up calls and updating records in Excel/CRM Coordinating with the marketing and sales team Handling inquiries and converting leads into appointments or sales Qualifications Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English) Confident and polite phone manner Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided) Ability to work full-time from the office Knowledge of Google Sheets or basic computer skills preferred Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage Job Details Position: Telecaller Type: Full-time (In-Office) Location: B6, A-166, Sector 63, Noida UP 201301 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
