Role Description

full-time, in-office Telecaller role

The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and maintaining client follow-ups.

The role requires good communication, convincing ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily and monthly targets.

Daily Tasks Include:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients or leads
• Explaining Sharklance’s digital marketing services (Website, Ads, Social Media, etc.)
• Maintaining follow-up calls and updating records in Excel/CRM
• Coordinating with the marketing and sales team
• Handling inquiries and converting leads into appointments or sales

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Confident and polite phone manner
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
• Ability to work full-time from the office
• Knowledge of Google Sheets or basic computer skills preferred
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an added advantage
