Job Description: Tele caller

Position Overview

The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and providing information about products/services. The role includes maintaining call records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the sales team with communication support.

Outbound Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, offers, and pricing.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up on previous inquiries and maintain regular customer engagement.

Inbound Call Handling

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Manage order-related inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Record details of customer interactions and solutions provided.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Keep track of customer preferences, special orders, and purchase history.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 6 per week

Work Location: In person
