Skills:

Cake/Pastry/Dessert Preparation, Baking, Cake decorating, Bakery, Desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in preparation and production of various types of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty baked items.
• Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings as per production schedule.
• Maintain strict standard for quality,hygine,food safety & sanitization.
• Label, store, and rotate ingredients and products following FIFO standards.
• Strong organisational skills , time management & ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Assist in receiving and checking deliveries of raw materials, ensuring quality and proper storage.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures as per company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in plating, packaging, and finishing of products for display, retail, or orders.
• Continuously learn new recipes, techniques, and bakery trends under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Assist junior chef also.
