Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating calls to prospective clients, presenting the company's lighting solutions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily tasks include demonstrating strong communication and sales skills to engage clients, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing customer interactions efficiently
• Strong background in Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve concerns
• Sales experience with a proven ability to promote and sell products effectively
• Ability to work independently and remotely with self-motivation and time management skills
• Familiarity with the lighting or interiors industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is desirable
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools is advantageous
