JOB BRIEF
Telecalling job involves making and receiving calls to customers to promote products, generate leads, and provide support. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to sell, handling inbound inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a customer database. Success in this role requires strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
Outbound calling:
Make calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate interest, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Inbound call handling:
Receive and manage incoming calls from customers to address their questions, complaints, and concerns.
Lead generation:
Identify and qualify potential sales leads from phone calls , social media, whatsapp and follow up with them as needed.
Customer data management:
Record and maintain accurate customer information and details of interactions in a database.
Sales and targets:
Achieve daily and monthly sales and call targets set by the company.
Customer support:
Provide information and solutions to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products or services.
Required skills and qualifications

Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers in Hindi & English
•
Persuasion:
The ability to persuade customers and handle objections effectively is crucial for driving sales.
•
Computer proficiency:
Familiarity with basic computer skills :- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software , Email, Etc.
•
Organizational skills:
Strong organizational and time management abilities are needed to handle multiple tasks and maintain records.
•
Customer service mindset:
Patience , Soft spoken and a strong focus on customer satisfaction are vital for resolving issues and building relationships.
•
Education:
A graduation diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement.
•
Stress tolerance:
The ability to work under pressure and handle difficult or stressful situations calmly is beneficial.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience :- 2 years in Tele Calling sales.
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Soft Spoken , Fluent in English & Hindi speaking & Writing.
2. Ability to convince & build strong Professional Relation with the customer.
