Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into active users.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of tele-calling / customer support / sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi

  and

  English

  (Bengali optional but preferred).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
• Must be target-oriented and disciplined.
