Role Overview

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with potential clients.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Schedule appointments for hearing tests or consultations.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support marketing campaigns through telephonic outreach.

Requirements

• 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and clear telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.
