Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Delhi, India. The Telemarketer will be responsible for engaging with potential clients via phone to promote the company's financial services. Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, assessing client needs, providing accurate information about products, and maintaining records of client interactions. The Telemarketer will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to sales growth by identifying opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Experience in appointment scheduling and customer service operations
• Sales acumen with an ability to deliver persuasive pitches
• Proficiency in handling client queries and resolving concerns effectively
• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and result-oriented approach
• Familiarity with financial products or services is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi (or additional regional languages) is preferred
• Education Qualification: A graduate degree is preferred.
