As a Project Lead at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction to lead projects and deliver a superior client experience. Your role involves engaging with clients" leadership teams to understand their key challenges and requests. You will collaborate closely with clients from various functions to translate their ambition and strategy into seamless execution. Additionally, you will support clients in defining future digital strategies, transforming innovation and operations teams, launching new software-driven services, executing cost improvement programs, covering data and analytics, and enhancing customer service and operations. In this role, you will conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses, handle challenging situations, and seek solutions that address clients" issues. Your expertise in advisory level consulting within the telecom industry will be crucial for implementing policies, procedures, and frameworks. You should possess the ability to engage with C-Suite executives to create meaningful impact through your business, technical, and behavioral skills. To excel in this position, you are required to have an MBA or Masters Degree from a top academic institution. Proficiency in OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, service fulfillment, billing, and customer care, is essential. Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as eTOM, SID, and TM Forum will be beneficial. Strong intellectual, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of management. An affinity with data analytics, digital, cloud, and related technologies is desired, and consulting experience is looked upon favorably.
