✅ Lead design & integration of telecom systems (LAN/WAN, VoIP, CCTV, PAGA, Access Control, Wi-Fi, UHF/VHF, TETRA, Microwave, VSAT, Fiber Optics, etc.)
✅ Prepare & review deliverables: specs, datasheets, layouts, cable schedules, BOMs, block diagrams
✅ Ensure compliance with IEC, ITU, NEC, NFPA, 3GPP, ICAO standards
✅ Manage vendor qualification, technical bid evaluation, FAT/SAT, and site surveys
✅ Provide engineering support to construction teams & mentor junior engineers
🎓 Bachelor’s in Telecom / Electronics / Electrical Engineering
🔹 Strong leadership & communication skills
🔹 Fluency in English, MS Office proficiency
