Admissions Trainee - Kottayam

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized recent graduate to join our team as an Admissions Trainee in Kottayam, Kerala.
This is a pivotal, entry-level role perfect for individuals eager to launch a career in educational administration and student relations. You will be the welcoming face and primary coordinator, ensuring every prospective student and parent has a positive, seamless journey through the admissions process.

• Location: Kottayam, Kerala (In-Person/Day Shift)
• Job Type: Internship/Fresher
• Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions Coordination: Actively assist in managing and executing the entire student admissions cycle, ensuring timely completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, expertly handling all admission inquiries (phone, email, in-person) from prospective students, parents, and internal staff.
• Relationship Management: Build positive rapport with prospective families, guiding them clearly through documentation and requirements.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all applications using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Process Improvement: Help identify and implement ways to optimize the admissions workflow for greater efficiency.
• Enrollment Support: Provide targeted communication support and follow-up (including some telesales activities) to meet enrollment goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Recent graduates/Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply).
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command over English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malayalam) is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with any CRM software is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving ability, a dynamic attitude, and excellent multitasking abilities.
• Commitment: Must be available for the required Day/Morning Shift, working in-person at our Kottayam location.
