Location: Work From Home & Office Experience: 1–5 Years (Team Handling Preferred) Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM About the Role - We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Stock Trading to manage and guide a team of stock brokers. The role involves overseeing Equity and Futures & Options (F&O) trading activities, mentoring freshers, and ensuring high-quality client service. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on trading experience. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and monitor a team of stock brokers/traders. Oversee execution of buy/sell orders in Equity and F&O segments. Guide team members on trading strategies, market analysis, and risk management. Monitor market trends, charts, indices, and daily movements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Support client escalation handling and relationship management. Track team performance, productivity, and trading accuracy. Assist in training freshers on trading platforms and market basics. Coordinate with management to achieve business and revenue targets. Skills & QualificationsAny Graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred). 1–3 years of experience in stock broking, trading, or financial markets. Strong knowledge of Equity, F&O, and market instruments. Proven team-handling or mentoring experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
