Collections Executives

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Call customers who have missed their personal loan due dates.
Recollect pending payments through polite but firm follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and recovery status.
Ensure daily recovery targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
Work only on collections-related processes (no sales or cross-functional duties).
Provide clear and accurate updates to reporting supervisors.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates with
DRA certification
will be given preference.

💰 Salary:

Freshers:
₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experienced:
₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
