Job Description

Position Title: Tele Caller Department: Sales & Customer Communication Work Mode: Work From Home / Office Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader Company: Bhandakkar Buildtech Pvt Ltd --- 1️⃣ Job Purpose To contact potential customers, explain company products/services, collect customer requirements, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. --- 2️⃣ Key Responsibilities A. Calling & Communication Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Introduce and explain company services (Solar Solutions / Construction services/other products). Understand customer needs and provide relevant information. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. B. Lead Generation Identify interested customers and generate verified leads. Collect customer details such as name, location, requirement, and timeline. Forward leads to the sales team or enter into the company CRM / App (SolarSquare App / Google Sheet). C. Daily Reporting Maintain call logs and lead tracking sheets. Share daily report of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up status. Update supervisor on performance and challenges. D. Follow-ups Call existing leads for follow-up and appointment scheduling. Remind customers about meetings, site visits, or document requirements. E. Professional Conduct Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information. Follow communication guidelines and maintain a positive tone. Avoid sharing leads or company data with outside parties. --- 3️⃣ Skills Required Good verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi (Basic English is an advantage). Confident and polite on phone calls. Basic smartphone & internet handling skills. Ability to understand customer behaviour. Time management & daily reporting discipline. --- 4️⃣ Qualifications Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Experience in telecalling/sales is an added advantage. Freshers can also apply with good communication skills. --- 5️⃣ Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: As per offer letter. Incentives based on lead quality and performance. Additional performance-based benefits. --- 6️⃣ Work Hours 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Sunday Holiday (unless urgent company work). --- 7️⃣ Compliance & Policies The Telecaller must: Follow all company rules and communication protocols. Maintain confidentiality of lea ds and company data. Avoid misrepresentation of company services. Report unethical customer behaviour or system misuse.
