Telecalling Officer

-         Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce general insurance products (e.g., auto, health, home, property insurance).  -         Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries about policies, premiums, coverage, and claims.  -         Product Explanation: Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to prospective and existing clients.  -         Lead Management: Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into policyholders, and provide information to agents.  -         Customer Service: Address customer concerns, assist with policy renewals and endorsements, and provide support during the claims process.  -         CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer details in the database or CRM systemReporting & Forecasting. -         Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and conversion goals. -         Coordination: Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.  -         Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills are essential for explaining products and closing sales.  -         Customer Focus: A strong customer service orientation to build rapport and address customer needs effectively.  -         Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, especially in the insurance sector, is often preferred.
