- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and supervise the smooth, efficient flow of daily operational activities (General Insurance - Motor, Health, Home & Property Insurance) within the branch or company. - Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Inter-departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, claims) to optimize resource allocation and ensure seamless workflow. - Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, track key operational metrics, analyze data to identify issues and provide insights to senior management. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements. - Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, manage relationships, and potentially negotiate contracts to support operational needs and cost optimization. - Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational issues, conflicts, or challenges to ensure continuity and smooth business functioning. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and identify areas for improvement. - Team Support & Supervision: Supervise and support operational staff, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to meet objectives. - Client Interaction: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring service delivery aligns with company standards. - Conduct fact finding to generate and follow up on insurance quotations and endorsements. - Deliver excellent service to all customers. - Handle customers' queries and feedback. - Process insurance applications, renewal, cancellation and payment. - Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purpose.
