Urgent HIRING for EDUCATION COUNSELOR - Telecalling

Location

Mumbai- Andheri

Chandigarh - Sector 32,D

Office timing- 10am to 6:30pm

Working days- Mon to Sat ( Sunday fixed off)

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide information about courses offered by our organization.
Conduct outbound sales calls to promote our programs and services to potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation efforts.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
