Job Description

WisdomWood High is a fast-growing institution dedicated to academic excellence and holistic development. We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to be part of our admissions and outreach team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound & Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and handle incoming admission-related inquiries with professionalism.

Admissions Support:

Provide accurate information about the school s programs, curriculum, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Follow-ups:

Regularly follow up with parents to ensure inquiries are converted into admissions.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up digital records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups in the school s database.

Scheduling Visits:

Coordinate school visits, campus tours, and parent meetings with the admissions team or school leadership.

Feedback Collection:

Document feedback from parents to enhance communication and admissions strategies.

Communication & Promotion:

Share up on school events, open houses, and admission deadlines with interested parents.

Reporting:

Generate daily/weekly reports on call activity, inquiries, and conversion progress.

What We re Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication skills (English and regional languages preferred).
Strong record-keeping and digital documentation abilities. A team player with a collaborative and positive attitude. Ability to handle conver ions with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
