Textile Infomedia is a leading B2B online marketplace connecting textile manufacturers, suppliers, wholesalers, and buyers across India. We act as a trusted mediator between sellers and buyers, helping businesses expand their reach and grow in the textile industry. ey ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to textile sellers and buyers listed on the portal. Explain portal services, features, and benefits to new and existing users. Assist sellers in creating/updating their business profile, product listings, and service details. Understand buyer requirements and connect them with suitable sellers. Handle inbound inquiries and provide support regarding portal usage. Maintain and update customer database with accurate information. Follow up with prospects to ensure onboarding and active usage. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat engagement. Share feedback from customers with management for service improvement.
