Job Description

We are hiring an E-Commerce Telecaller & Operations Executive for our clothing line. The role involves handling telecalling for customer inquiries and order confirmations, generating and managing orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing brief daily or weekly reports, assisting with product uploads on e-commerce platforms, and supporting overall day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order flow. Applicants should have good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional), basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. preferred), and familiarity with MS Office/Excel. We are looking for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow in the e-commerce and fashion industry.
