Telecalling Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and persuasive Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining project offerings, and converting leads into site visits or closures in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from the lead database. Educate clients about our real estate projects (farmlands and plots). Generate interest and schedule site visits or meetings with the Sales Team. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM. Coordinate with field sales executives to track progress and closures. Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex inquiries to relevant teams. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong verbal communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate Sales is a plus. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic knowledge of real estate, especially land/farm plot marketing, is a plus. Confidence, persistence, and a result-oriented mindset. Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 0–3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate are also welcome.
