Job Profile: Telesales Executive Position Overview: A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone, building and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, and recommend suitable solutions. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate records of interactions. Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle objections effectively and resolve customer queries. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and improve conversion rates. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing ability. Good listening skills with a customer-first approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.). Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated. Target-driven and results-oriented mindset. Time management and organizational skills. Qualifications Minimum: 10+2 or Graduate degree (any stream). Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
