Key Responsibilities ·Make outbound calls to leads and potential students. ·Provide information about services and counselling opportunities. ·Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and lead databases. ·Coordinate with counsellors to schedule appointments and follow-ups. Qualifications & Skills ·Graduate or equivalent qualification. ·1 year of telemarketing or similar experience. ·Excellent spoken English and Hindi. ·Strong persuasion, communication, and data management skills.
