We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Computer Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, and managing basic computer operations including data entry, record keeping, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers to promote services and generate leads. Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide accurate information. Maintain and update customer databases, records, and contact lists. Prepare, manage, and organize reports, spreadsheets, and documentation. Assist the team with day-to-day office operations, emails, and correspondence. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work. Follow-up with clients/customers for feedback, updates, or pending requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and task execution.
