To enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen our support team, we are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will act as the face of our company and ensure a smooth customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat. Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain customer records and update CRM with interactions and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality support. Collect feedback from customers and share insights with management for service improvement. Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). 0–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or support roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Strong listening, patience, and problem-solving skills.
