Roles and Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely manner. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. Provide excellent customer service by being patient, empathetic, and professional on every interaction. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (domestic calling). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets. Strong communication skills for effective voice conversations over phone calls. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours or high-volume periods.
