Role Overview : We are looking for a result-driven and confident Telesales Executive (Experienced) to join our growing team. The role involves calling industrial and residential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in expanding the reach of our solar solutions and driving clean energy adoption. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company. Explain company offerings and qualify leads for solar installation services. Schedule appointments and follow-ups for field sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. Coordinate with marketing and sales team to align outreach strategy. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and reporting metrics. Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably in solar, real estate, insurance, or telecom) Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling trackers. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
