its a tele sales job where we have to convert client into customer. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation client converstion – Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services and generate leads. Customer Interaction – Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to understand customer needs. Product/Service Promotion – Clearly explain product or service details, benefits, and offers to customers. Follow-ups – Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to increase conversion rates. Database Management – Update and maintain customer information, call logs, and feedback in CRM/software. Query Handling – Address customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex concerns to the relevant department. Target Achievement – Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead conversion targets. Customer Relationship – Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Reporting – Share daily/weekly call reports, lead status, and updates with the team leader/manager. Compliance – Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data confidentiality norms during calls.
