Office Timing - 09.30Am to 06.30Am Excellent Communication Skills 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Respond to basic employee IT queries via phone, email, or in person. Act as a bridge between end users, IT team, and external vendors. Maintain and update records of IT assets and service contracts. Monitor compliance with IT policies and escalate issues when necessary. Schedule and track preventive maintenance, system updates, and backups. Generate and maintain reports related to IT performance, inventory, and incidents. Support the IT Manager with administrative and communication tasks. Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries or repairs. Assist in setting up projectors, meeting rooms, and conference calls.
