Job Description

Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or campaigns, and answer incoming inquiries. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, follow up with interested customers, and convert them into sales or service appointments as per targets. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM tools or internal systems. Communication & Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers, resolve complaints or concerns professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Team Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with sales or marketing teams for campaign updates and submit daily/weekly reports on call performance and outcomes.
