Inside Sales Executive – Chat ProcessKey Responsibilities: Engage with inbound customer inquiries via live chat. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services. Educate customers about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of diagnostic solutions. Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments/sales using persuasive selling techniques. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with interested leads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales conversion targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (Healthcare background preferred but not mandatory). 0–2 years of experience in chat support, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Excellent written English with clarity, grammar, and professional tone. Good multitasking and pressure-handling skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer literacy. Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays. 2. Inside Sales Executive – Calling ProcessKey Responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote diagnostic services and health packages. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate diagnostic solutions. Provide detailed information on services, pricing, and offers to encourage bookings. Handle objections confidently to build trust and close sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any stream). 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service (Healthcare industry preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English with persuasive phone presence. Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs. Goal-oriented with proven track record in meeting sales targets. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM and system usage.
